Waitstaff with a view: Service crew for our salon yacht Fitzgerald (m/f/d)

Mini-jobBerlinSeason 2026 (March–October)

Friday evening, 7 pm. The first wedding guests arrive at the dock, the sun hangs low over the Spree, and glasses glitter in the warm light of our 1920s-style salon. You hand over the first glass of champagne, exchange a few words with the guests — and when we're about to cast off, you help the crew with the lines. Because on board the Fitzgerald, you're both: service and crew.

Who we are

FLAGSHIP.BERLIN has been bringing a touch of style to Berlin's waterways since 2015. Our fleet runs electric, quiet, and low-maintenance — from modern boats to lovingly restored historic vessels. The Fitzgerald is our 1920s-style salon yacht: wood, brass, warm light. This is where weddings are celebrated, birthdays marked, and business events staged with a hint of grandezza.

Your role

You arrive one to two hours before departure, help set the tables, chill the drinks, and get everything ready for the guests. Then the guests arrive — you welcome them at the dock, serve drinks, keep the mood high, and make sure nobody gets overlooked in the buzz. During the trip you're part of the crew — you pitch in at the locks, then it's back to service. After the trip, everyone clears up together. No two evenings are the same — but the end of the shift is usually late.

What you'll do

  • ·Preparation: set tables, chill drinks, get everything ready for guests — one to two hours before departure.
  • ·Welcome: greet guests at the dock, hand over the first drink, create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • ·In-cruise service: serve drinks, keep an eye on guests, maintain great vibes throughout.
  • ·Crew duties: help at the locks, clear up together after the trip.

What you bring

Required

  • ·Looking for a mini-job with evenings and weekends free — ideal if you're studying, training, or looking for a meaningful side income.
  • ·Service and guest orientation comes naturally — you're friendly and open with people.
  • ·Reliable and motivated — we plan around you, and you keep your commitments.
  • ·Spontaneous and flexible — some evenings are calm, others get busy.

Nice to have

  • ·Good English skills — our guests come from all over the world.
  • ·Experience in hospitality or events — welcome, but not required.
