Yes, both ships (Fitzgerald and Hemingway) have toilets on the lower deck.
Yes. Both ships have enclosed salons and covered deck areas. Tours are only cancelled in extreme weather — storms, lightning or flooding. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or free rebooking.
Yes. Both ships have a bar with wines, cocktails, beer, soft drinks and coffee. Card payment only on board (no cash). The Crémant Aperitif Tour includes a glass of Crémant de Limoux Grand Cuvée; the Sundowner Tour includes 1 glass of Crémant.
Yes, children are welcome on all tours. Children up to 14 receive discounted tickets. Children under 2 travel free (no separate seat — please note when booking). Life vests of all sizes are available on board.
Yes, in German and English. The audio guide accompanies the outward journey and explains the sights along the route. On the return, the guide gives way to relaxing lounge music — making the second half a pure enjoyment moment.
Unfortunately the Fitzgerald is not accessible (3 steps, 50 cm gangplank). For the Hemingway please enquire in advance by phone or email.
Dogs are welcome on our sightseeing tours — just mention it when booking. Assistance and service dogs for guests with disabilities are always welcome. For private charter events, we ask that you leave your dog at home.
Yes. There is a stop at Berlin Cathedral where guests can disembark. Berlin Cathedral is an exit stop only — boarding at the Cathedral is not possible.
Yes, both ships run on electric power. The Fitzgerald was designed electric from the start (55 kW motor, 200 kWh battery). The Hemingway was fully converted to electric drive in winter 2024/25: no diesel propulsion, no exhaust, no engine noise — just the sound of the Spree. Note: the Hemingway has an additional diesel-powered heating system for the winter months.
No Wi-Fi — by design. The tour is meant to be a small digital detox. Mobile signal is available along the entire route.

At the Paul-Löbe-Haus, directly next to the Reichstag, 10117 Berlin. The pier is on the Bundestag nursery side of the building. By U-Bahn: U Bundestag (approx. 5-min walk). By S-Bahn: S Hauptbahnhof (approx. 10-min walk). By bus: Lines 100 or 200, stop Reichstag/Bundestag. Both ships depart from the same pier.
